Conditions for Cancelling Reservations
You can cancel your booking in cases beyond your control, such as:
a) Sudden acute illness
b) Death of a close relative
c) Death of one of the people with whom you are sharing the booking; the company will certainly consider refunding your reservation fully.
Your cancellation must be written down:
- When 15 days notice is given, we shall return 50% of the booking price;
- When 10 days notice is given, we shall return 26% of the booking price;
- When 5 days notice or less is given, you will be charged 100% of the booking price.
